Factores de éxito en el aula


FACTORES DE ÉXITO EN EL AULA
 
 
En esta entrada voy a proponer una serie de pautas o recomendaciones que los profesores debemos seguir cuando tenemos un alumno con TDAH en el aula. Con ellas pretendemos garantizar el éxito de estos alumnos.
 
-         Repetir con frecuencia las normas. Es una manera de asegurarnos que no se olviden de ellas en ningún momento.
 
 
-         Generar horarios y rutinas. Está comprobado que estos alumnos rinden más con un horario y unas rutinas establecidas.
 
 
-         Transmitir la importancia de tener una hora de fin de las actividades intelectuales. Saber que toda actividad tiene su fin les permitirá centrarse más en las actividades con el fin de acabarlas dentro del plazo.
 
 
-         Fragmentar tareas en periodos cortos de tiempo para aquellas que requieran un alto nivel de concentración. Al tener una capacidad de concentración baja, es importante hacer descansos entre medias de las tareas que más concentración requieran.
 
 
-         Utilizar pegatinas de colores para recordar la secuencia de los procesos. Estos alumnos responden mejor ante estímulos visuales.
 
 
-         Pedir su colaboración en la organización de la clase. Esto les permitirá desconectar de vez en cuando sin salirse de las rutinas escolares.
 
 
-         Emparejarlos con un compañero atento y ordenado que le sirva de referencia. Podemos considerar ésta como otra forma de motivación, que es el objetivo final que pretendemos con estos alumnos.
 
 
-          Ubicarlos en las primeras filas, con pocos estímulos delante y un campo de visión no excesivamente extenso. Regla inversamente proporcional. Menos estímulos externos, mayor concentración.
